Senior Technical Architect

- Prepare, review, and quality control all technical documents- construction documents, specifications, shop drawings
- Coordinate technical requirements during the design process
- Take a leadership role in improving and managing BIM/CAD standards
- Assist in the assessment and improvements in the production of construction documents
- Mentor/train staff on technical issues
- Licensed Architect
- Professional Architectural Degree
- 8-12 years of experience (in the Chicago Area a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building codes
- Strong Mechanical/Electrical knowledge
- Excellent Revit/AutoCAD capabilities
- Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with corporate interiors
- Computer hardware/software expertise
- LEED Accredited
- Design-Build Familiarity
- Active in the A & D Community
